When will I receive my order?

We always works around the clock to make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Production : 2-7 business days. It might be increased to 6 – 12 business days or longer during special occasions (Christmas season, New Years, affected by disasters, Pandemic, etc.) and Special products (3D Hoodie, 3D Zip Hoodie, Crocs, Ugly Sweater)

Shipping Time
– United States: 5-10 business days (It might be increased to 7 – 15 business days or longer during special occasions (Christmas season, New Years, affected by disasters, Pandemic, etc.) and Special products (3D Hoodie, 3D Zip Hoodie, Crocs, Ugly Sweater, Shoes, Bomber Jacket …)

– Europe: 7-15 business days

– International: 15-25 business days.

The shipping notice with tracking information will be sent to your order email from which you can easily track its route. Please kindly check the spam/junk folder as well in case it isn’t in your inbox.

My tracking number doesn't work

We understand that it might be frustrating to not get real-time updates on your order’s current location. During peak season, it is normal if your package is shipped without tracking information, but you can be assured that your package will be delivered within our committed timeframe. This can be due to (but not limited to) weather incidents, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs.
