The Bombardier CRJ-900ER is a regional jet designed for shorter routes. It can seat up to 90 passengers and has a range of around 2,553 kilometers (1,586 miles). Derived from the CRJ700, the CRJ-900ER is a stretched version with a longer fuselage to accommodate more passengers. It first flew in 2001 and entered service in 2003. While production ended in 2020, the CRJ-900ER remains a common aircraft for regional airlines around the world.
