Royal Australian Air Force Boeing 707-338C Information
The Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) operated a variant of the Boeing 707 airliner, the 707-338C. Six such aircraft were acquired between 1964 and 1971, serving the RAAF in both military transport and VIP transport roles. The RAAF's fleet of 707-338Cs was retired in 1999. Five aircraft were subsequently sold to other airlines, while the remaining plane was preserved for historical purposes at the Royal Australian Air Force Museum located in Point Cook, Victoria.
